As a network administrator at Florida State University, I managed over 300 desktops and laptops across 6 different locations, many throughout their entire lifecycle from purchasing to disposal. I was solely responsible for the management and maintenance of over 30 Windows servers. I was responsible for determining which server to purchase depending on the needs and resources of the project, installation of the operating system and required programs, updates, backup, as well as determining who would receive access to the resources on the server and getting firewall and security policies set to allow only the appropriate access.

While working at FSU I was solely responsible for planning designing and implementing a new domain as well as managing and maintaining the new domain with over 30 servers to accommodate the approximate 300 local users and project managers as well as the possible millions of internet users.

One of my hobbies is designing and building high performance water cooled computers. Over the years I have built four water cooled computers for myself, three of which are still in operation. I have also built many other computers for myself, workstations and servers for work, and gaming computers for friends as well.
